ABOUT THE WEIGHT ROOM & CARDIO ROOM:
The OPC Weight Room is equipped with the latest technology, including the HUR strength training machines which operate on pneumatics as opposed to plate load. The HUR machines have been designed to create less stress on joints while providing optimal strength gains. HUR machines utilize the Smart Card system to help make your workouts stress-free. The OPC Cardio Room houses several cardiovascular workout machines including the NuStep, treadmills, recumbent bikes, Airdynes and elliptical trainers.
Cost: $2 per visit (payable at the sports desk) or Monthly Health & Wellness Pass
* Membership card and exact change are required. Locker room use is included. |

WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATION:
In order to use the Weight Room, you must complete a Weight Room Orientation in which an instructor will teach you how to properly use the weight machines. To complete a Weight Room Orientation, you must sign-up at the Sports Desk on the lower level. The cost of the orientation can be paid for at the financial desk on the upper level. You must present your receipt to the instructor at the time of your scheduled orientation in order to participate
Cost: $15 payable at the financial office on the upper level.

MONTHLY HEALTH & WELLNESS PASS:
Monthly Health & Wellness Passes may be purchased from the financial office on the upper level for $30 a month per individual. The pass includes the use of the pool, locker room, cardio/weight rooms, and the gym fee for drop-in sports. The pass is only good for the month issued and is not pro-rated. 6-month passes ($150) and yearly passes ($300) are also available for purchase. 6-month and yearly passes will be good from the date of purchase to the corresponding end date after 6 months or 1 year has passed.
Cost: $30 (Monthly), $150 (6-Month), $300 (Yearly) payable at the financial office on the upper level. |
