Crittenton Physical Therapy Center is on the lower level
Physical therapy can address concerns and diagnoses such as back pain, shoulder pain, decreased balance, arthritis, slumping posture, stroke, Parkinson's, MS, and so much more. All care is provided one-on-one with a physical therapist. Sessions last 45 min. – 1 hour, depending on your individual needs. All care is based on a comprehensive evaluation. A physician's referral is needed in order to get started. Medicare and most insurances are accepted. Come check us out! The Crittenton Physical Therapy Center is conveniently located in the Health & Wellness area next to the Crittenton Wellness Center on the lower level of the OPC.
