OPC offers personal training services that include, but are not limited to: Access to Certified Personal Trainers, One-On-One Exercise Training, Shared Training for 2 People, Initial Fitness Consultation, Assessment and Goal Setting, Basic Resistance Training with HUR Equipment, Customized Workout Program, Sports Specific Training, Introduction to Fitness Equipment & Techniques, Aquatic Training, and Networking Opportunities with Other Health Professionals.

There are three components to make an exercise program complete: aerobic exercise, strength, and flexibility training. Based on personal information, pre-activity screening, goals, and your schedule, a program will be designed to fit your lifestyle. Modifications can be made to fit your special needs.
